The Jordan 5’s version of the “Shattered Backboard” makes use of the same white, black, and orange color scheme as every “Shattered Backboard” Air Jordan before it, albeit in a unique way. Sail leather appears on the upper while the collar, quarter panel, and lower tongue are constructed in a fine mesh material that appears on the Jordan 5 for the first time on this colorway. The top of the tongue, which displays an Orange Blaze Jumpman, is treated to the same reflective silver finish as the Jordan 5’s original construction. A black Jumpman is stitched onto the heel. Silver shark tooth detailing is found on the orange painted midsole.
