Returns must be sent at the following address: 306 Boulevard Taschereau La Prairie Montréal, Québec, J5R 5H6.

As a customer you should be aware that we offer exchange or credit service.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping cost of the original order is not covered in the refund. For you to be able to receive a complete refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, at the customer’s expense, not later than 30 days after receiving your order.

Please note: For all fragrance products, the return policy applies only if the item is sealed and in its original packaging. If the fragrance has been opened or used, the return will be automatically declined, and no refund or credit will be issued.
